PHILLIPPE DIEDERICH was born in the Dominican Republic and grew up in Mexico and the United States. He is the author of Communism and the Art of Motorcycle Maintenance, an essay and photo book about Cuban Harley-Davidson bikers in Havana. His work has been published in the Houston Literary Review, Eckerd Review; the Traveler’s Tales Anthology, Cuba; Cigar Aifcionado; The Miami New Times and The Dallas Morning News.
